OADA Cindy Simmons Leadership Award
This award goes to the Athletic Director who has shown the ability to help guide other athletic directors, coaches, and school community members. (Small & Big school if lots of nominees).
Our goal is to recognize Athletic Directors for their outstanding contributions to our profession. These awards will not necessarily be handed out every year; however the recipients will be honored at different times during the State Conference.
Current Year: 2025 (10/15/25 - 2/24/26)
OADA Jim Rotramel Lifetime Service Award
This award is given to the Athletic Director who exemplifies the profession with servant leadership and a life-long commitment to serving today's youth.
Our goal is to recognize Athletic Directors for their outstanding contributions to our profession over their career. These awards will not necessarily be handed out every year; however the recipients will be honored at different times during the State Conference.

OADA League Award of Merit
This award goes to the Athletic Director who demonstrates outstanding leadership within your league.
Our goal is to recognize Athletic Directors for their outstanding contributions to our profession. The recipients will be honored during the State Conference.

OADA OSAA Partnership Award
The award goes to the Athletic Director who goes out of their way to help the OSAA on committees, at state championship contests, or just continuing a good relationship with the OSAA.
Our goal is to recognize Athletic Directors for their outstanding contributions to our profession. The recipients of these awards will be honored during the State Conference.

OADA Retiring AD Award
Our goal is to recognize Athletic Directors for their service to interscholastic athletics during their careers. The recipients will be honored during the State Conference.
Please provide the following information on any Athletic Directors in your conference who will be retiring during the current school year.

OADA Years of Service Award
The OADA will be presenting certificates to those educators who have been Athletic Directors for 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and beyond. Please provide the school name and number of years of service for those who qualify in your league. These certificates will be presented at the OADA Conference in Sunriver, Oregon. Submit a form for each individual.
